CANCELLATION POLICY
At Bellissima and Co., we value your time and ours. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients, we kindly ask that you respect the following cancellation guidelines: 1. Notice Requirement We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 2. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost 3. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged the full service amount. 4. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing the next client, and you may still be charged for the full service. 5. Emergency Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. 6. Agreement By booking an appointment with Bellissima and Co., you agree to this cancellation policy.
